New York

From 18-20 December we went to New York. We had a hotel with nice roof top bar incl. fantastic view to Empire State Building. The flight with delta economy class from Atlanta to Newark was ok. This time we got little snack and drinks. Boeing 717… very small plane…
Vom 18-20 Dezember waren wir in New York. Unser Hotel hatte eine kleine feine Roof Top Bar mit Blick auf das Empire State Building! Der Flug mit Delta in der Economy Klasse war ok. Es gab sogar diesmal Snack und Getränke. Boeing 717 … kleiner Hopser.

Auf den beiden oberen Bildern sind wir in unserem Hotel auf der K32 Roof top Bar mit Empire State Building im Hintergrund! Tolles Hotel.
Wir hatten kein geplantes Programm. Dr Ev und Bjarne waren im Theater. Ansonsten sind wir durch die Stadt gezogen… Shopping im Macy s … und natürlich mussten wir zum Rockefeller Center mit dem 42 m hohem Baum!

We had no program… Dr Ev and Bjarne went to Theater. Rest of time we walked around, went to Macy s – world s biggest store.. and of course to the 42 m high Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center.

In Front of Christmas 🎄 is a little Ice skating ring.

We went to Bryant Park. If you read here in April you will remember this nice park… now they build Christmas market in side and ice skating ring. Evgenia and Bjarne went skating.

Dann waren wir noch im Bryan Park. Einige werden sich hoffentlich erinnern, da waren wir auch im April. Ein sehr schöner Park. Jetzt mit Weihnachtsmarkt und Eisbahn.

Tip: Die Eisbahn wird glaube jeder Stunde geglättet. Dann müssen alle runter vom Eis. Also wenn ihr fahren wollt, seid gleich nach dem Glätten drauf denn eure Zeit ist um, sowie das nächste Glätten beginnt!!!

One Tip: your bought time is only from cleaning/ make ice smooth to next in about one hour! So the earliest you are on ice after mashine smoothing the more time you will have to skate!
