Hello from Atlanta!
Gestern waren wir wieder am Haus (Eingangsbild Wohnzimmer), mit einem Gutachter diesmal. Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Garagenboden, auf dem die Aussenwände der Garage stehen. Dazu ein paar kleinere Mängel…morgen kommt ein Betonspezialist und Statiker. Bis morgen Nachmittag/ Abend können wir uns entscheiden. Danach wären die zweiten Kandidaten an der Reihe.
Yesterday we went at house again (Picture in living room). An appraiser was there. He found concrete floor issue in garage. The garage walls standing on it. Tomorrow an other professional will take a look at this issue. Until tomorrow afternoon/ evening we can decide to buy. Otherwise we are out of game and next can buy.
Morgen fahren wir ca. eine Stunde von hier, die Social security number beantragen. Im Grunde die Steuernummer.
Tomorrow we will drive about one hour from here to get the social security number.
Heute sollte 8-10 Uhr Luftfracht ankommen. Dann 9-11 , jetzt nachmittags…
